Returns and Refund policy

Digger King operates in accordance with Australian consumer law and pride ourselves on our service.

• Days to return a product*: 7 days.
• Return freight paid by: Customer.

*Should you order an in stock item, you are able to return your order to our factory in the brand new undamaged condition it was delivered to you within 7 days.  This does not apply to special orders, non in-stock items or finance purchases.  Orders are to be returned in original packaging were applicable, and unused condition.  This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of the product and cost of transport, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for special orders.

Should the product arrive damaged or faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will discuss options with you for a repair, replacement or refund.   We understand sometimes products of this size can be damaged in transit, and have a team of staff available to assist should that occur.  Should replacement parts be required, these are couriered out as soon as possible for you.  Fortunately, these heavy duty machines are unlikely to damage past surface cosmetic scratches.
