Digger King Shipping Policy

• Orders close: 3pm Sydney time, business days.  Orders placed after this will begin to process the following business day
• Processing time: 1 – 3 business days – depending on your preferred payment method
• Delivery time: 5 – 10 business days

Please note delivery timeframes vary from order to order, depending on a number of factors including parts and equipment availability from our 3^rd party suppliers, weather conditions on the roads, and various other natural disasters and delays that occur from time to time.

We will always do everything in our power to meet the delivery timeframe discussed at the time of purchase, however, you should not book jobs, hire premises or quit your existing income until you have received an accurate delivery date from our team and know your machine is on the way.  In stock items can be tested and signed off by our quality assurance team, and booked for transport within 1-2 weeks. If we are waiting on stock or a delivery slot, our team will advise you immediately of the ETA for your order.

Digger King takes no responsibility for any losses incurred due to delays in delivery and reserve the right to vary the estimated delivery date to a date that is reasonably necessary for the supply of goods. Digger King shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, including, but not limited to, any consequential or indirect losses to the customer caused by any variation of the delivery date.

How Delivery Works

Digger King offers easy Australia wide delivery.

We have access to a specialist fleet of trucks that allows, in most cases, your machine to be unloaded at your door.  These trucks are specially set up to avoid requiring a forklift onsite, keeping your new purchase in tip top condition whilst delivering to your location with a cost-effective solution.
